由於在最新測試版仍有這問題，所以正式版中很可能仍有這Bug，建議解決方法是：

disabling “reply with message” in your iDevice’s Face ID & Passcode settings, under the the “allow access when locked” section. By default, this feature is enabled, leaving iOS 13 users at risk out of the box.
